From mountain-grown ingredients and traditional bread-making practices to seasonal dishes and festive cuisine, Armenian gastronomy reflects a deep connection between land, culture, and identity.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">By joining the platform as a candidate for the <\/span>2028 title<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, Armenia aims to strengthen collaboration between local producers, chefs, researchers, cultural organizations, and tourism stakeholders.
