Dilijan's future belongs to the teenagers and young adults growing up here right now. NextGen is young people identifying problems, designing solutions, and leading implementation, with mentorship, funding, and organizational support backing them up.

2025 Projects
Shamakhyan District Courtyard Playground
A group of local teens looked at an abandoned courtyard and saw possibility. They planned the renovation, organized volunteers, cleaned debris, painted walls, and rebuilt equipment. Adults provided support and materials, but the teens led every step. Now kids play there daily.
QR Dilijan
Another youth team noticed tourists, and even locals, walking past landmarks without knowing their stories. They researched the sites, created informative content, got Municipality approval, and installed QR codes throughout the city. Now thousands of visitors access Dilijan's history and culture with a simple scan.
