What We Do

People often ask me what Green Rock Foundation does. The simplest answer? We help people stay. Stay in Dilijan. Build their careers here. Raise their families here. Create the life they want without having to leave home to find it.

How this Partnership Works

Green Rock Foundation was created by Green Rock Management Group. While we’re separate organizations, we are partners in the same mission, working from different angles toward the same future for Dilijan.

Green Rock Management Group builds large-scale physical infrastructure, such as hotels, cultural venues, and business complexes. We at the foundation focus on the people and the community that makes those investments meaningful. They develop the spaces and we develop the capacity for those spaces to serve everyone well.

What Drives Us

Data is important, but numbers on a report don’t drive our initiatives. What drives us is our impact on Dilijan, whether a child growing up here sees a future worth staying for. This mission goes beyond a single city. If it works in Dilijan, it can work anywhere. Every program we launch is designed to be a blueprint for other Armenian communities.

What we are working toward

We want every young person in Dilijan to see a future here. That means education that leads somewhere, training that opens doors, and opportunities that don't require leaving home.

A strong community takes care of its own. We invest in programs, spaces, and initiatives that help people connect, support each other, and solve problems together.

What works in Dilijan should work in other Armenian cities too. Every project we launch is designed to be replicated to transform lives across the country.

We are here for the long term, measuring success not in months but in generations. When children growing up in Dilijan today become parents, we want them to choose to raise their families here.
