Apicius Armenia is the first international hospitality school in the region, a partnership between Green Rock Foundation and the renowned Apicius International School of Hospitality in Florence, Italy. We’re training the professionals who will shape Armenia’s future in tourism, cuisine, and hospitality. And we’re doing it right here in Dilijan.
Why Apicius Armenia?

Hands-On Education
Our students work on actual projects, engage with the hospitality industry, and graduate with both diplomas and experience. Italian instructors teach here regularly. The curriculum is identical to what students learn in Florence. But the cost is more accessible with around 4000 euros per year. Graduates receive internationally recognized certificates, accepted in Europe and the United States. And through Green Rock Foundation’s network, many find employment even before graduation.
